Crosstown Relay LLC works with carriers on dispatch coordination, communications and administrative support, subject to a signed carrier agreement.
Carrier Coordination
Pickup and delivery communication, documentation tracking, and visibility into the status of your loads.
Business Support
Carrier onboarding, equipment profiles, paperwork organization, and a clear process for working together.
Dispatch service fee: 8% of the gross line-haul/load payment as defined in the signed agreement, due after the carrier receives payment from the broker. Exact fee base and payment terms are confirmed in writing before service begins.

Lease-on inquiries
Interested in operating under another motor carrier's authority? Crosstown Relay can discuss potential introductions and coordination where an eligible, properly authorized motor carrier independently approves the arrangement.

Additional service fee
A proposed additional 5% per load for lease-on coordination, subject to a separate written agreement.
Upfront costs
Applicable insurance, onboarding and other third-party costs are the carrier's responsibility and must be disclosed before commitment.
Authority & eligibility
Any lease-on requires approval and a lawful written arrangement with the authorized motor carrier. Availability is not guaranteed.
Crosstown Relay does not represent itself as a motor carrier or freight broker. Dispatch and lease-on services are offered only to the extent legally authorized.
